We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt, original order number, or proof of purchase. If you cannot locate your order number, please get in touch for assistance.
To request a return within the 7-day period, email us with your details. Please note that you are responsible for covering the courier costs to our delivery address. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and process your return accordingly.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Kindly inspect your order upon delivery and notify us right away if there are any issues, such as defects, damage, or receiving the incorrect item. This allows us to assess the problem and resolve it promptly. Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds exclude any shipping and handling fees listed on the packaging slip or invoice. You are responsible for prepaying and insuring the shipping costs for all returns and for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Please note, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and any refunds issued will not include these costs.
